Our Story
SPP Growth was founded in 2018 by Yaakov Cadranel.
Born in London to refugee parents, Yaakov built a life anchored in purpose, values, and ambition. Inspired by the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, he discovered how spiritual wisdom and business success can work in harmony — balancing faith, family, and high performance.

Early in his career, Yaakov transitioned from financial struggle to achieving independence, fulfillment, and impact — both professionally and personally. Most importantly, this journey has enabled him to invest deeply in his wife, Atalia, and their five children.

Yaakov has led ventures across diverse industries, launched and successfully exited startups, driven 5X growth for established companies, and delivered transformational initiatives within Fortune 500 organizations.
Now based in Israel, he is the founder of SPP Growth, a firm dedicated to helping businesses and individuals navigate modern challenges and achieve growth with purpose, values, and impact.
