BACKGROUND

SPP Growth was founded in 2018 by
Yaakov Cadranel, following a successful career in leading and delivering record growth for a number of globally renowned businesses, as well as launching successful start-ups of his own.

Early in his career he became inspired by the teachings of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson. This enabled him to recognize his strengths, as well as identify how career and business successes that he witnessed were directly aligned with lessons from the Rebbe’s teachings on Torah/the Jewish bible.

As well as leading to a successful and meaningful career in growing businesses, Yaakov was also able to focus on building a blossoming family.

By learning and adopting Chassidic insights within his life, he developed an approach on how to:

Gain insight to his innate capabilities, and how to deliver high value, meaningful impact within the work place.
Always put family and important aspects of life first, irrespective of the challenges and demands at work.
Transformed his life from one of having to earn, to one of loving to give.

His greatest blessings in life are his wife, their five children, their children’s spouses, and the next generation which they are helping to build.
